He said just normally, but you can do it with isolations for a different affect.

oh, yes, sorry about the delayed response. Those are my trusty jail house practice poi from the HoP shop. They have the HoP LED balls, which are the perfect weight for wraps, stalls, spins, tosses, and anything else you can think of.
